Taught by Emmy-Nominated Filmmaker Pamela Peak
This class not only ties together everything you’ve learned as a Meisner Actor, and the basics of film acting you’ve learned in Film 1, but it prepares you, with ease and understanding, to play supporting and major roles in motion pictures.This class is taught both in a classroom setting with the group and one-on-one with Pamela. In Film 2, there is more emphasis on one-on-one instruction, as you work on the role you have been assigned with Pamela.
This class is chock-full of some of the greatest secrets of the top screenwriters and directors. You will learn why they do what they do, and you will be prepared to produce in-depth, phenomenal work as an actor.
This class will change you and elevate your work as a film actor (and in live performances, too).
ON THIS COURSE YOU WILL:
- Gain three highly professional scenes for your reel, shot on location.
- The scenes you will be assigned will be chosen especially for you—the way a Hollywood casting agent sees you.
- You will study and perform three significant scenes that fall along the “Emotional ARC” and journey of the character you are playing.
- You will learn some of the great secrets of top screenwriters who instill profound clues for the actors that play their roles. (Without having your eyes opened to these incredible secrets stored within a screenplay, you might never see them . . . And you will not be able to instill full life into the characters you play.)
- This class will teach you how to immerse yourself in a role – like top stars regularly do!
- You will get used to doing highly emotional work on a professional set, know with greater understanding what a director is looking for in your performance, and understand the best ways to communicate with a director.
- When you finish this class, you will feel completely prepared to audition for and take on a major role in a motion picture, and you will have significant work on your reel that demonstrates that you are ready.

CLASSES: Eight Classes, some as a group, and some one-on-one with Pamela
MAIN CLASS TUITION: $395 if paid for by Thursday, April 10th. ($435.00 if paid for afterwards).
PRODUCTION FEE (for shooting your scenes): There is an additional tuition of $295, due by the 4th week of this class (May 11, 2025) as we go into production and shoot your scenes. But this production cost is just $265 if paid for up front at the time of the main class purchase.

Pamela Peak is an Emmy-Nominated, award-winning writer/producer/director whose films have been seen across the US and Canada by millions of viewers. Her films have also won awards and been seen around the world in film festivals such as The Palm Beach Film Festival, she is a two-time winner of The Garden State Film Festival, The California Independent Film Festival, and her films have appeared even in Mumbai India at the Gandhi Film Festival and many more. Her screenwriting awards encompass such festivals as Los Angeles Cinequest, The Napa Valley Film Festival, The Garden State Film Festival, The DaVinci Film Festival in Santa Monica, CA and many more.
Sohrob Shahmirzadi is a fourth-year, Film and Media Studies graduates major at University of California Irvine. Experienced within film and acting, he has studied the Meisner technique under Pamela Peak and The Performer’s Academy and has learned various dimensions of the filmmaking art. Throughout his journey, Sohrob has gained experience with video editing, cinematography, directing, and in-depth film analysis to work in conjunction with his aspirations as an actor. Sohrob has also performed in multiple plays with the On Impulse Acting Troupe such as The Haunting of Cabrillo Playhouse as well as multiple short films.
