About the Show

The Conrad Marshall Show is dedicated to creating "the leaders of tomorrow" and it inspires kids to be Honest, Respectful, and have Gratitude for all that they have. It also teaches them to be curious and always explore the world around them, and to be giving towards others and help people within their community.

The Premise of the Show

Conrad and his band of Mini-Me Marshalls, along with his Mentor Marshalls (who are teens that set a good example for the younger kids) work to do good throughout the community.

What “COA” Means

COA stands for Critically Observing and Analyzing—something Conrad Marshall and his Mini-Me Marshalls love to do! In their very first episode, “Keep Eyes Looking, Looking,” they watch all kinds of funny characters—like a pizza slice, a clown, a hippie flower child, and even a lion—trying to cross the street. Some follow the safety rules, and some… not so much!

Through teamwork and laughter, the Mini-Me Marshalls learn to observe carefully, spot mistakes, and think about better choices. That’s what COA is all about—looking closely, asking questions, and figuring things out. It’s a fun way to build the critical thinking skills kids need to make smart decisions today and become the thoughtful leaders of tomorrow.

Some Example Episodes which have already been shot are:

• a. One episode was filmed at La Jolla Cove, where Conrad and his Mini-Me Marshalls explored sea life and learned the importance of keeping our beaches and oceans clean. They even performed a beach clean-up to set an example!
• b. Another episode takes viewers to Miramar National Cemetery, where Conrad and the kids honored our veterans and learned the true meaning of Honor, Respect, and Gratitude. The Mini-Me Marshalls also shared what people and things in their own lives they felt grateful for.
• c. For a special Christmas episode, Conrad and the Mini-Me Marshalls raised $11,000 in gifts and donations for the children of the Olive Crest Foster Care Facility. They personally delivered some of the gifts, performing a joyful Christmas show to brighten the foster kids’ holiday.
• d. In one episode, Conrad and his Mini-Me Marshalls teach some playful cartoon-like characters how to cross the street safely—always respecting traffic signs and following safety rules.
• e. Another episode was filmed at the Aquarium of the Pacific, where Conrad and the Mini-Me Marshalls explored fascinating ocean habitats with their guide, Mr. Stan, an expert who shared his knowledge of the marine exhibits.
• f. In another adventure, a routine training mission turns into a Search and Rescue operation when Conrad and the Mini-Me Marshalls must find and save two lost dogs in the wild. The episode highlights how horses helped build America and teaches kids about horseback riding and horse grooming.

Ten Episodes

Ten episodes of The Conrad Marshall Show will be coming out online on YouTube and several other kid-friendly platforms before the end of the year. And the episodes will continue being posted from there.

Also coming in 2026 is The Conrad Marshall Kid’s Club – a fun online place for kids to learn, read, grow and be inspired!

In addition to word puzzles, story time, meeting fun characters and other delightful activities—children who join the club will be encouraged to try new sports and hobbies. Just like Mini-Me Marshall Ela demonstrates below.
