- Program Inside Front or Back Cover (5" wide x 8" high) – $130
- Full Page Ad (5" wide x 8" high) – $100
- Half-Page Ad (5" wide x 4" high) – $50
- Quarter-Page Ad - Tall (2" wide x 5" high) – $25
- Quarter-Page Ad - Wide (5" wide x 2" high) – $25
